Where do I start, I definitely want to start off by thanking the management team. They understood how hard it was for me to leave my kids there everyday, knowing what we’ve experienced at our last center. The teachers gave us a warm welcome asked any needs updating us with Kaymbu messages. We are just thankful to be apart of the Sunbrook family. We had a ball at the Sweet Heart Dance earlier this month.

My kids attend Sunbrook for a little over a year and we’ve had a great experience. Watching my little ones grow and learn so much new everyday is thrilling to me. I receive updates everyday ensuring my children are learning and happy, this keeps me at a peace of mind when I’m working. I would like to thank everyone that works at Sunbrook the teachers and management for over communicating day to day policies and events that we are invited to. Thank you thank you!!!!

I would not recommend this school due to unprofessional management and poor communication with parents. Policies are inconsistently enforced, and instead of working with families, the administration resorts to intimidation tactics, including threats of involving child services for minor issues. Additionally, there is a lack of accountability when concerns are raised, and instead of addressing situations fairly, certain families are singled out and treated unfairly. Just started my twin boys at this daycare on February 3rd and so far we couldn't be happier. They send daily pictures and daily logs of their activities. The staff seem very accommodating and nice. It's still early but so far 10 out of 10
