We have 2 children attending. Soon to be 3. We love the school and teachers. The only complaint is that we’ve been having some issues with Giselle and communicating important info. We have pleasant experiences with all other management so it sucks to leave this review. Octavia and Damon are very warm, informative and accommodating and if there are mistakes made, they are sure to address it and keep us informed. This school is absolutely horrible. I came to drop my son off and I was told because there was a $1.00 balance on his account that he could not stay. They have sent my son home from after school saying he was suspended. we’re talking about a 4 year old. His teacher had me take off work for a parent teacher conference and never came to the door. Highly unprofessional. I better find my son a facility that caters to children and parents, quickly. Don’t bring your students here:
My son has been attending since age 1 he will be 3 in a few months. Lovely staff , very patient , works with him and me lol . Cares about students well being and has variety of activities to join in throughout the year . Would bring another child here if I ever have another and recommend to anyone
My Son is in the Infant class with Ms Cathy, Cheyenne and Joy. I cannot say enough great things about these ladies. They are sweetest! They say babies can sense good energy and I believe it. My baby doesn’t go to just anyone and I love that he chooses these 3 Ladies. I’m a happier mom when I leave him at Sunbrook in their care!
My personal experience I would say has been great . I'm single parent new to Mcdonough this year and my girls love coming daily they even fuss if I pick them up to soon . Preschool experience has been great my 4yr old overall has been introduced academically to a wide range of materials and she seems to enjoy learning so I can appreciate them making learning fun .
