Sunbrook Academy at Luella has been such a blessing for our family! This was my daughter’s very first time in school (Pre K), and I couldn’t be more pleased with how well she has adjusted. She’s already learning so much, retaining knowledge, and coming home excited to share what she’s discovered. I called to inquire about the programs offered for the 4 year old classroom. The initial customer service was bad; the receptionist had a tone of just being annoyed the phone rang. She transferred me to the Director and once she answered she immediately transferred my call to a line that rang for more than 22 rings and no one picked up. So the school maybe exceptional but I will never know because of the representation at the gate. Thanks

We have 2 children attending. Soon to be 3. We love the school and teachers. The only complaint is that we’ve been having some issues with Giselle and communicating important info. We have pleasant experiences with all other management so it sucks to leave this review. Octavia and Damon are very warm, informative and accommodating and if there are mistakes made, they are sure to address it and keep us informed.
