bought an r/c truck for my son. Had a problem and he diagnosed it as a bad controller from the factory. The manufacturer agreed to send a replacement from California that would take about a week to arrive. However (and I didn't ask him to do this) he replaced the controller with a more expensive Futaba controller he had in stock and got us going the same day at no charge! Absolutely top notch! Super nice guy! Thank You!!
