If there was a zero these guys would earn it! What an absolute disorganized mess I delt with on this last loan with them. The loan officer, who was new at the time of the loan was not familiar with the process in which he was selling to me but was convincing with his discussion so I bought it. When the loan came back it was NOTHING like it was presented to be after I had already signed. I was going to pay it off early.
