It took them 4+ months to "repair" 3 of my machines. I had arranged to pick them up at on a specific week, unless they were done earlier. I called Sunbelt, 5 days befor the date arranged to ask about the bill, and confirm the repairs. Charles, the maitnance manager, called me back imediatly to tell me that they hadn't started the machines yet, but that he would call me later with an estimate.
