Warning take your business somewhere else No customer service at all. Rude over the phone. I was approved online when they ran my credit again. Apparently they could not help me so why run it but again that it affects me as a hard inquiry on my credit score. And I'll say it again rude people!
I took out a loan and frankly I am put off with the volume of calls I'm receiving on a daily basis from them. I've had to block the phone number because they call over and over again it's quite annoying
Carlos always does an excellent job in assisting me with my loan. He is very polite, nice, and very helpful has excellent customer service, I highly recommend Sunbelt Credit. thumbs up for Carlos.
