Fantastic massage. I felt a lot better after leaving the appointment. Gerald is very welcoming and attentive to the issues. The set up is quite unprofessional, out the back of a shop (which is fine) but quite a lot of bits and pieces around, a huge desk, no space to leave your shoes/phone/jacket when doing the massage. it is not a calming space and when people are in the shop it's loud. Small changes could make the space a lot nicer (even just a curtain dividing the work space from massage space).
I’d been carrying a lot of tension in my shoulders when I saw Sunbear, along with a longtime elbow niggle. I also have osteoarthritis in both hips and was a little trepidatious about exacerbating my pain or being unable to manipulated into positions required.
