Horrible travel experience I wanted to book a vacation through this agency, but when I called repeatedly during the hours they were supposed to be open for business, no one picked up the phone. This happened repeatedly, on different days. I left several messages and when they finally got back to me, they didn't give the deal promised and tried to add extra fees at the last minute.
