Sun West sold my mom a reverse mortgage when she had dementia. It was obvious that she was not okay but they closed the deal on her anyway. She didn't understand the contract. She ended up selling her house in Echo Park that was paid off for around 30K. Steer clear of them. Do not trust them. DO NOT do a reverse mortgage so they can take your home for practically nothing.
Don't really understand how a company with poor service stay in business. I have great credit score, loan has conditional approval (which means everything checked out), no appraisal required on the house - this should have just sailed through,... cannot get anyone to return calls or email. Very disappointed with service,... have heard all the excuses !!!
