Very difficult to work with. My daughter has an open insurance claim from flooding. Because Sun West is the mortgage lender, they have stepped in and are "managing" the claim. Sun West is making us pay for everything upfront and then deciding if and when they will reimburse us. My daughter and her three young children had to move into an apartment because the house had no running water during the water mitigation and demolition phase. Having been in the mortgage industry for 20 years, I’ve seen some good, bad and mediocre mortgage companies. Sun West is a fantastic company to work for and company that truly cares for its clients. From loan products/parameters many mortgage companies can’t match to technology that simplifies the process for Loan originators and home buyers, Sun West is 5 stars.
Always looking at the $ and they do not care about the people who are trying to make it after their loved ones die. They are selfish and will never work with you or your family.
