My father was there for a year before he died. The nursing home industry in general has a high turnover because it is hard work and the pay is low so regardless of how much you pay for care everything depends on the individual caretakers working there at any given time. While my dad was there I was uncomfortable at times with a couple of the caretakers but the management was always responsive to our concerns. The best decision I ever made! The staff there is really friendly and the place feels like home. I was comfortable leaving my mom there for her short term stay.
