If you want a weight loss program that works; this is the one. After years of trying to lose weight and change eating habits, this program taught me more in 6 weeks than all the prior years had combined. This is a great program which can have a positive effect on not only your weight, but in helping you to change your eating habits by providing tools and encouragement that results in altering your food cravings. This proved to be paramount in my ability to loose the weight that I did. As an unexpected bonus, my energy level increased and my sleep significantly improved.
