Likely a great service for getting to the airport, no value for airport pickups and I would absolutely not recommend them for this service. If there are problems with your flight, they leave you and keep your money, so you're out the cost of the shuttle, and stranded at the airport looking for last minute expensive transportation. A rental car booked even a few hours ahead will cost you between the cost of the shuttle and an extra $60 dollars and is flexible. The friend for whom I purchased the bus ticket, Amanda Williams, missed her connection and could not arrive in time for the shuttle. I called Patty to let her know, and kindly asked for a credit, but she never returned my call.
Excellent customer service. Communication went above and beyond what I expected. We were concerned with the weather and getting to the Boise airport. Highly recommend!
