I had a 75 minute massage from James and it was def worth it. There was a mix up on the part of the spa as I had changed my massage type through email, received confirmation that had been completed but was never changed in the system. I was offered a discount however still disappointing. I also had a pedicure done by Coral and was one of the best I ever had. As an avid spa- goer, I was pretty disappointed at my experience here. I had a pedicure and two massages- you are asked to show up 10 min early (which we did), and the treatments all started late, with the practitioners not even coming to collect from the waiting room until a few minutes after start time. They'd take us/me to the treatment room- too cool temperature wise for my particular liking- and then leave again- in 2 cases, there was no changing involved, but I was still left for 7-10 minutes. Couples massage was wonderful! With RMTs, Austin and Elizabeth (buffy). Even giving us stretches to do for our problem areas.
I have been to spas all over Canada and internationally. Sun Tree is on par with other luxury spas. All my therapists were excellent. The only fault I would give is there are alot of kids/non hotel guests in the mineral pool so I avoided it and just accessed the eucalyptus sauna, which was amazing. I would suggest making more hotel guest only hours at the pool for a more relaxing experience. I get that might impact earnings though as it seemed like that was mostly who was in the mineral pool.
