I one THOUSAND percent do NOT recommend Sunstate. They are terrible. We sat at the airport for an hour with a tired/hungry crying toddler waiting for them. Once they finally graced us with their presence, the van smelled terrible of second-hand smoke. If you have kids and or are pregnant, not something you want you or your kids to smell for 30 mins. They were rude when we called to ask why they weren't there to pick us up. The driver we had was questionable. He drove in a turning lane to get to the front of the line of cars ... read more

Central office is super rude. They gave me a hard about calling when I had issues making a reservation online, again gave me a hard when our flight number changed (but the time did not) for arrival, and when our departure had to be adjusted due to my dad breaking his leg (we left an hour later than planned.). Use Uber, or any other service. Too many other companies around to deal with this company’s attitudes and poor service.

They never showed up... we waited 2 hours and no driver. We ended up using a Lyft and waited 4 minutes and paid 1/8 of the price... DO NOT USE this company!!!
