I am very disappointed with my recent experience. The front desk/reception did not disclose the full payment details before my massage. I was only informed about the extra charges after the service was done, which felt very misleading and unprofessional. Clear communication about pricing is basic customer service, and this lack of transparency made the whole experience frustrating. Place needs to cleaned
I have been coming here for massages for the past five years and have always been satisfied with the service. Unfortunately, it seems the management has recently changed. As a long-time loyal client, the discounts I used to receive were suddenly dismissed and labeled as a “bargain” by the staff.
