Possibly the worst massage I have ever had. I booked a deep tissue, and it was anything but. The woman asked twice how it was and twice I asked for more pressure. She kept asking every five seconds "you ok" but I gave up at that point. Everything felt rushed and nothing was intentional. Rather than asking about or figuring out the important places to focus on, she grazed her hands far too lightly over my skin, poking and prodding with no almost no pressure. I’ve had two deep tissue massages at this spa over the past year, and both experiences were absolutely incredible. From the moment you walk in, the space feels calm, beautiful, and instantly relaxing. It’s impeccably clean, thoughtfully designed, and the entire staff is genuinely friendly and helpful.
