Kaelen is the best service bike technician in the the West side of the Rockys... so save you time messing with the rest cuz I know he is the BEST SO GIVE UP ON THE REST take my word he is a johnny on the spot type of guy. Had my girls bike full service lube and replaces cables in 1 day so she didn't miss a single 999 ride!!!!
In the past 3 weeks I think I have been in about a dozen times for a few different items. Both purchases and repairs. Every member of the staff has been very friendly and helpful. I will definitely be in whenever I need something.

Tyler was so amazing! Super knowledgeable on skis and boots. Everyone was super nice.
I came in for a slight adjustment and they fixed my derailer and back brake for free all 3 techs worked together and communicated what they needed to do and my bike is back to rideable thank you sun and ski I will be shopping at your store in the future 🥲
