The second I walked in the store Casey asked if I needed any help and was super responsive. Then Doug took over and he gave me a whole screenplay on figuring out what would be the best and most perfect boot for me — Gave me all the time I needed, and We’re so generous, Because even though I already bought a boot, they let me switch out to a boot that was more comfortable and fit me better. Prices are pretty reasonable, good for ski and snowboard shop and takes care of military veterans
I don’t ever leave negative reviews but this one calls for it as the staff here are rude. I was turned away over the weekend by an older staff member 15 minutes before closing when all I wanted to do was grab a jacket that I’ve been previously eyeing since it went on sale. I explained this as well and promised to be quick but I was met with eye rolling, huffing puffing, hands thrown in the air type of attitude. It was unprofessional and childish on his part.
