5FEB.2026 Great and welcoming experience. Stocked store for any sports needs. Customer service was excellent and very welcoming. The staff was very helpful and informative.
So, I have been to the one in VA and I think Gaithersburg. However I just happened to be at Arundel Mills and saw the sun and ski sports store there. Staff was a little sparse but helpful. I came back with my husband for us to get fitted for new boots. We knew our boots were too big but we had no idea how much that would change our ski/snowboard game! The woman helping me (sales rep 098872) was amazing and super helpful. She even motivated me to buy the best insoles for these new snowboard boots that helped my foot land in a wider part of the toe box significantly increasing comfort. She also took the time to heat form my boots. I waited to review fully after I took these boots on the mountain and they did not disappoint... Much due to the patience, knowledge and help of the sales associate! 5 out of 5 recommend
Ryan did an incredible job and was very thorough helping us with ski boot selection. He took his time and made us feel very confident in our boot choice. His expertise and knowledge was impeccable, he is a subject matter expert!
This place is fantastic! Bought my first set of step in boots and bindings for my snowboard here and they were extremely helpful and helped me get all set up and ready to go. Ended up having to come by a couple times, and each employee was awesome (Tova, Ryan, and others). Could not recommend more!
