Horrible customer service!!! Ordered ski packages for a trip and thier merchant services cancled my order 3 times but still charged me card!!! Now almost 2k in purchases from their site, now I am going on a $7000.00 ski trip with rental skis.I called to speak to a manager and got a 12 yr old sounding fella with ZERO interest in taking care of the situation.Still time to offer customer service guys....

RecommendedI bought my first official rode bike here from Bryan and return everytime I need maintenance or gear. I use to ride with their cycling group on Sunday's when I was just starting to pace line. I learned so much from Bryan like how important butt cream is 🤣 no but seriously I was so happy when he returned to the store!
