bike department review – I am an avid recreational rider from Houston and the following are my thoughts on the bike department at at the Katy Mills store. PROS: Excellent, knowledgeable and nonthreatening customer service from the bike department every time i go into the store. The three young bike guys in the bikeshop perform excellent work and do not over charge on labor costs.
