Very rude cashier, no one helped on the floor.
RecommendedI went to the bike sale last week looking for a bike that I could ride to work and also for exercise. They where very helpful, tried diferente bikes that they adjusted to fit me. They where almost closing and they made the extra effort to pack it so I could fly it back to Mexico with me, perfectly packed, got her without a single scratch. After a week of using it I’m very happy with the decision. Thank you guys for your excellent service and attention, especially Jules and the mechanic.

Bought two new bikes and tune-up an old one here. Very helpful staff, great service. Lifetime tune up for bike bought from Sun & Ski. Been to the other largest Houston-based chain whose name I shall not disclose (hint: name similar to "bicycle shed" ), they were rude and stuck up. Highly recommend Sun & Ski.
