In October I purchased a bike helmet as I started getting items for my upcoming triathlon. Sales rep fitted me. Months later as I start training I learn my $50 helmet is too small. On 6/22 after hour in the store - they acknowledge the helmet is too small and it’s their helmet. I don’t have my receipt or box so I can’t return or exchange but offer 10% off and rep attempts to size me again. On 6/24 I call corporate spoke with John explained my first experience in the store. avoid this store – I will never go back to this store. The customer service there was terrible and the management was incredibly rude. I had to wait twenty minutes before I was even helped in the shoe department; they made it very clear that they work on commission. It is obvious that they are more concerned about a sale as opposed to their customers' satisfaction. I've worked in retail for many years and have never experienced such poor customer service.
