Horrible customer service!!! Ordered ski packages for a trip and thier merchant services cancled my order 3 times but still charged me card!!! Now almost 2k in purchases from their site, now I am going on a $7000.00 ski trip with rental skis.I called to speak to a manager and got a 12 yr old sounding fella with ZERO interest in taking care of the situation.Still time to offer customer service guys....
RecommendedThey are extremely nice and very accommodating . They go above and beyond and I would highly recommend them . They have bicycles and ski equipment and clothing .
