Selina is amazing! I attended tonight with strained back, in so much pain from lifting incorrectly and couldn't move or sit down all day. She did some deep tissue massage, acupuncture and cupping and my mobility was restored. Unbelievable. I've never left there with such immediate relief from a very painful sport injury.
