They had called us on Thursday and said they would be coming out on Saturday. No call…. We waited at home for hours. Will never call this company again. I would rather wait for the companies that actually respond. Very disappointing.

We have been using another local company the past 3 years to open and close our pool with nothing but disappointments, mess ups and poor service. We decided to try Sun-Ray this year for our opening and what an amazing difference! Excellent customer service from start to finish. An amazing team of employees who answer all your questions and get things done the right way the first time! They let us know what was needed and did it. We can't rave enough. They have a customer for the life of our pool and hot tub!
