use another bank in Cape May. the customer service is terrible here. had a lot of problems with opening new account -- charged for first check order (were supposed to be free). when called to correct the debit -- they debited account AGAIN. checks had wrong information -- primary account holder/mailing address for checks. trying to reach the manager of the bank took two phone calls, since he never returned the first one. these are just a few problems.
