Why do they have a lot less people now that they transport every day yet are always extremely late? It's worse than it has ever been.
Nightmarish and Useless. I have been with Sun Metro Lift for several years now and this company has been driven to the ground because of bad decisions and choices. This is the absolutely worst I have ever seen it in years..The last several days I haven't been able to book a ride because of changes with appointments and how the buses are being run now. Whoever's leading the show needs to step down because they're useless and I have never seen Sun Metro lift this bad. They have the worst scheduling in any City I have ever live... read more
This new system that they have is absolutely horrific and the most atrocious they ever had. You have to call 6 to 7 days ahead of time to get a ride. Before you could just call the day before. Do these people really expect us to know what's going to come up a week from now? Do they think we have psychic powers? What is even more horrendous is that they pick up a lot less people now but are over an hour late unlike before where they were on time picking up a lot of people. Since the implementation of their monstrosity of a scheduling system that no longer picks up people if they schedule a few days before MAYBE THEY NEED TO START cutting jobs at Sun Metro because there's no point of having so many people working there if they're going to provide service for a lot less people and less revenue
