Do Sun Metro really support all individuals with disabilities? I am an individual with disabilities with a illness in my eyes, I have difficulty walking long distances because I have tendinitis and I suffer from panic attacks all this makes me impossible to drive and sometimes be on my own. And I once had the services for the Sun Metro Lift but they cut off all my services once they send me a letter to do like a training in person and when I went there and that training if I could qualify for the Lift and saw me that I could... read more
Been late a couple times but very accommodating and drivers and operators are polite
I like to thank the staff at Sun Metro Lyft You see I live in the Westside and I left my phone in one of the buses well I contacted them and their main office is on the other side of town well they confirmed they had the phone and they send someone to deliver me the phone to my house that's a good 40 mile trip Sun Metro Lyft has a great staff Thank you all Sincerely Raul Corral
Was scheduled to pick up a debilitated patient. Called the office. Girl on the phone had no idea what was going on. I asked to be directed to Gus the manager. He told me that his driver could call us ( hospital staff) once the driver was down stairs. We never received the call. Not to mention the driver took off. I have the call log. Not once did someone call. This frustrates me for patients that depend on these services to get from point A to point B. I would leave no stars if possible.
