They are like loan sharks, even if your a day late they will ring your phone off the hook, come to your door. I was a month late and finally paid them off after they promised to loan to me again. They lied, this company sucks. Beware !
The most horrible place on earth...i never been so direspected in my life the women there feel better then didnt not make me feel welcomed at all...and not only that. They did not help me. They are behind on technology they do not allow you to bring in print out of if you get paperless billing. The ladiesd there was very rude and unhelpful. Dont waite your time going there. Most of the staff is nice except for one lady, she called to try an get me to take out more on my loan, didnt need to but I informed her I would be a day late on my payment for that month, literally one day,and she went crazy on me, I hung up on her, have been paying on time like I always have,even got the payment I thought I was going to be late on paid in time, spoke with another lady to see how much I would be able to loan out again 2 months later and was informed I was red flagged because of my conversation with the craz... read more
The greeting was nice but as me and my husband sat down to discuss interest rates the rep kept taking out a paper to look at the rates and when we kindly asked her if we could see the paper she gave an extremely rude no not to mention their in trestle rates are insane, not in a good way
My husband and I both took loans out at this particular facility for extra Christmas money for our large family. I paid my loan off in full. The next week I tried to pay my husbands loan off, which he only had two payments left, and the lady begged me not to make the last payment so she wouldn't have to close the account. Wouldn't refer my friends or anyone who needs money, especially retired, previously working people to Sun Loan Co, Portland TX. Their ad states "quick loans" same day service. I spent two days on the phone with some unknown person without a courtesy call back. On the first day, the person on the phone was cordial, returned my call and said the action was pending on the computer, and would return my call. Never happened.
