Constant phone harassment even if a few days late. They will even show up at your house. Constant pressure to extend the loan with additional fee s.I was recently given a payoff figure & then it went up two days later. Then I got something in the mail showing I owed even more. When I called they acted like I was the rude one & threatened me with legal action. All of this was over FOURTEEN dollars, though the receipt in the mail showed I still owed 74. Yes, I was very angry when Icalled, but it is beyond ridiculous to go thru... read more
Rude people. Stay away. If you are late they will harass you even after a week and agreeing to a late fee. You don’t get charged a late fee to deal with the harassment. I can see if it’s a month past due but 2 weeks and a late fee accepted doesn’t call for the harassment and threats of arbitration. That is poor service and unworthy of business. Stay away or you will be harassed if ever anything happens and you are only a week late. Emergencies happen. These guys have no care except for their own wallets.
