My loan officer was absolutely wonderful!!! Very friendly and knowledgeable than I am!!!
Chris was very helpful, and talked me through the entire process.
Not melissa making condescending remarks and is very argumentative. Especially when a customer is asking questions to settle an account. I get the consequences but theres no need to to take it personal to the point where you’re using a rude tone. Its not so much about the payment, its about her tone, and the argumentative behavior. It was unnecessary. She doesnt know I had a loss recently and was acting like I wanted to work against her, I am and have no reason to be rude about an account that was my responsibility.
