I didn't have many expectations when I went to see about a pre-approval I received in the mail but I will say that when I went I was helped by Gretchen and she was a lovely lady. Very informative but a sweet spirit that kept me laughing the entire time. The process was extremely quick. I got there maybe an hour before closing and I only stayed 20 minutes tops and before I walked out of that door I was approved and the funds were in my account.
