Update: 03/06/26- I decided to close the dispute with Sun Loans with the BBB. Not because I wanted to, but I'm exhausted with this back and forth and decided to let it go. They still have a "F" rating. Please go read other people's complaints with Sun Loans in Alvin, Texas with the BBB before conducting business with Sun Loans. With my experience, I still will never suggest Sun Loans to anyone, nor will I ever do business with them again in the future.
