app signs me out for no reason, and if i can’t remember the password i need the account number, which you need to call to get, and if the office is closed you get sent to an automated teller that immediately asked for the account number i called to get, on top of the app just being not very intuitive
Rude, they hung the phone up. It was a chore getting through their automated system. I'm really not sure how anybody can consider that good customer service.
I have been a member for 38 years . They are aways friendly . Always helpful . I have got all my car loans and personal loans here since I joined . And my home loan is also through Sun federal . I recommend them to anyone . In fact I'm taking my brother there tomorrow so he can join .
