Maria was Fantastic! Really, Really Helpful. I highly l recommend asking for her.
I stopped by the bank to ask about the kids’ savings account they’re offering for the April promotion, and Paula was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. I didn’t have time to stay and open the account, but she still took the time to answer all my questions clearly and thoroughly. She was also very friendly and approachable, which made the experience really pleasant. I truly appreciated her help and look forward to returning when I have more time.
Exceptional service! I needed to clear up an old acct and get a letter stating that the account had been satisfied. Paula was super friendly and kind and took me right in and we cleared the acct. Yvonne was the manager and welcomed me to her office, and drew up the letter I needed to clear the issue. What I love about these women is the fact that they listened to me and my problem and they were sincere in wanting to help me. I don't find this much anymore and it was so refreshing to experience.
