My husband was in this North Wilmington branch on Saturday attempting to resolve a problem with his intellectually challenged brother . When asked for the account number , he raised his finger ( meaning one minute ) and was accused of waving his finger at the teller and was berated for no reason . As over 30 year MEMBERS of this FCU - work on customer service . There are other places we can get a home equity line , CD’s so being nasty is not helping your business .
Easy to open up accounts, much better rate of return on my funds. Customer Service has been excellent. Easy open CDs.
