I have had multiple loans renewed. every time I renew there is no respect no receipts just reminders that you fall due today, tomorrow, and later this week. you have to ask multiple times. the people calling to remind you that your payment is due are rude and will hang the phone up in your face they will lie about the terms of the agreement until a higher official opens the agreement.
