Polite, helpful staff. A really great selection of outdoor furniture, gazebos and accessories. Decent prices, great quality! Deck furniture cushions in every size, shape and colour!
Although our Oder didn’t go through, Rachel was exceptional to deal with.
Everyone that we dealt with was friendly and accommodating. We bought a patio furniture package that included a fire table. After I called a gas fitter to convert it to natural gas, the table would light but not stay lit. I called Sun Country to see if this could get resolved. I was asked to put a service request online. I did that and about an hour later, Derrick called and asked when he could come to have a look. He came the next day and installed a new burner assembly and fixed the issue. Excellent service. Shining example of exceptional customer service. Had an issue with my Weber order and Rachel at Sun Country handled it perfectly. They took ownership of the mistake right away, really impressed with how they made it right. Would definitely buy from them again.
