Andrea and Greg were both very helpful and patient while helping my daughter and I with the purchase of her new Electra townie! They were both super friendly and provided top notch customer service. We can’t wait for the townie to arrive so we can hit the road!
I’d like to update this review with another 5-star rating. This shop is an absolute gem. Service, staff and the ownership are rock solid. They’ve gone out of their way to give great service multiple times. 05/2025 most recently. 10/2023 The service dept. at SCC is super solid. Last year during a bike race, the staff were so accommodating each day fitting in our bikes for tune and upkeep. Every time we go in they are looking to help and solve for only the problems you have. Fantastic store and staff.
First time in Sun Country Cycle today. Purchased a helmet and a set of pedals. Was helped right away and I'm very happy with my purchase. Will definitely be returning for future purchases.
Brandon at SunCountry was helpful from start to finish with both of our experiences at the store with him. It is rare to have customer service like this anymore. Huge shout out to Brandon, and the team. Give the man a raise!
