Great service!
I just got my first mountain bike here and they're great! I went to every shop in kelowna and this place had the best service I found by a long shot. My sales guy was helpful and answered all my questions. Relaxed environment with no pushy pressure sales tactics which was awesome cuz the other places I went to made me leave because of that. I brought my bike back today for my 20 hr free service and they fixed it up perfect. Recommended!
I purchased my first electric bike, Trek Powerfly FS 4 yesterday. I took it for a test drive up to the College, which has a really steep hill. The bike handled amazing. They provided several options and I eventually decided on a bike. I purchased a few accessories, which were installed same day. I can’t say enough about the ongoing exceptional customer service at Sun Country Cycle!! This is my second bike purchase from them and I couldn’t be happier!! Thank you!!
