This branch was no help to our needs. Even with notarized legal documents (living trust), the branch refused to help us while a family member’s health was failing. They made our multiple attempts a waste of time. Now with the loss of the family member, it is now too late for us to make any changes. We have no idea who the beneficiary is, the money is not going back to immediate family. Sun Community does not have to disclose who the beneficiary is and we don’t know who it is.
