"Informative, friendly, professional, everything a bank employee should be. Omar in particular was exceedingly helpful when he suspected that I might be the object of a scam. I was making a wire transfer with a considerable amount of money to a friend and not being scammed but I appreciate the fact that he took extra time and asked three or four questions to make sure that I was not putting my money in jeopardy.
