I just moved to PR and I asked in a Facebook group for their favorite dispensary and Sun Coast won hands down. The owner even commented and invited me in! Deborah and she is awesome!! The staff are amazing!! Everything is neat and tidy and well labeled. I haven't been in a dispensary lately where the staff know so much about the products!! And great recommendations! Been buying here for over a year consistently. Bad customer service experience with one employee. Told her it was horrible customer service. She was within her rights to say no to my request but the way she did what was rather rude. They banned me from the store after one incident with one employee that I never deal with. excellent products.. love the managementand staff
Not only was the staff very knowledgeable and helpful, the other customers were too. The only thing that I was wondering about was why do you not carry products long term? There seems to be a fast roll over of various types, flavors and styles. It would be great if there was a bit more printed info on or beside each item. All in all, great atmosphere and a clean safe space to shop in. 4 plus stars.
