Bad loan policies are very unfriendly and financially unsafe for private auto sales. Most banks/financial institutions will disburse payment for a financed auto loan in exchange for a title. Sun City Finance expects private seller to give up all rights to the vehicle--not just sign title but also have it processed through MVD and a new one delivered (a lengthy process)--without a guarantee of sale. They want me to give up my vehicle for weeks (or more), sign away title, then *maybe* get paid after all that process. I have b... read more

I would give no stars if it was possible - horrible customer service - deposited 2 checks for two separate accounts in one envelope- they proceeded to lose one of the checks and then call me and tell me I did not make my payment - i tell them I deposited both checks into their night drop in one envelope - only one check was posted - did they lose it? They state they do not have it - will not pay for the stop check fee I now have to pay my bank, and charge me a late fee on top of it - they have no way for me to pay online - o... read more

I went in at 300 pm on a Friday and by 400 I had my application completed and approved. Not my first time at Sun City, las cruces location and have always received the same high quality of service, Thanks, Fil S. Alatorre
It was my first loan in Las Cruces I wouldn't go anywhere else! Always friendly, great customer service! I would definitely reccomend them to anyone!
