Bad loan policies are very unfriendly and financially unsafe for private auto sales. Most banks/financial institutions will disburse payment for a financed auto loan in exchange for a title. Sun City Finance expects private seller to give up all rights to the vehicle--not just sign title but also have it processed through MVD and a new one delivered (a lengthy process)--without a guarantee of sale.
