Wonderful community with plenty of amenities and excellent well kept golf course. Copper Canyon Golf course has 3 nines and is fun and challenging
Our experience with Del Webb / Pulte Homes was very enjoyable! Building a home is full of anxiety but Del Webb did a great job of explaining the process and delivering on their word. We have built several houses in our life time but none was this relaxed delivered as promised. They have their act together in building a house!
We've had a great experience with the Pulte team....from the sales Mgr, to the mortgage people and a great construction manager. All have been very helpful!! We have now hit the 1 year mark and still give the home and our experience with the customer service rep (Seth) 5 stars. He has been very responsive and very helpful. Responded to any questions quickly and resolved the few issues I had. Would highly recommend Seth and the Pulte home we are in. Love it!!
This is a beautiful community. The people are supper friendly and there is so much to do. The club houses are very well maintained and the homes are well designed and constructed well.
