Buyer Beware. I was working with Lisa Bloch for a new build or spec. She made so many mistakes and so much misinformation that I did not go to contact twice. She blamed new construction, their processes and her manager. I finally reached out to her manager, Albert Kingsbury, as I no longer trusted the information she had given me. Amazing community, the people who live here are friendly
We came out to a Del Webb community in 1993, I was in my 20’s, I knew I was home. Here we are, 2025, retired and loving every second of being here. It’s beautiful, it’s quiet and our home is everything we need and nothing we don’t. Can’t wait to start using the amazing amenities and really appreciate all SCF has to offer.
I have purchased multiple new-construction homes, and my experience with Pulte far exceeded the others. Great communication with everyone from sales (ask for Lori Lucero), to construction, to design, and even mortgage and title. Very pleasant experience.
