The session began with some light stretching, followed by focused pressure on my sore areas. By the end, it truly felt like all of my aches and stiffness had melted away. A really rejuvenating experience.
I came in dealing with tightness in my back and neck, and the therapist worked it out with real skill. The massage was incredibly effective, and I left feeling lighter, relaxed, and so much more comfortable.
