We had previously (4 years earlier) purchased an awning with Sunblinds and were very happy with all aspect of that purchase. We recently replaced internal blinds (2) at our residence and again very happy with product range, price point, timeliness, installation and all interactions. Give less than 1 star I would.
I accepted a quote for 2 zip track blinds. Deposit of 50% paid on 12/12/24. By end of January 2025 blinds were not supplied. Only after requesting a refund blinds became available on 11/2/25. On installing blinds discovered that the bottom rails were too short. These were subsequently replaced on 6/3/25. Numerous emails sent and many excuses received. Had to request by formal letter referencing contact with Business and Consumer Affairs to have rails replaced. There service was just a lot of excuses. Taking three months to s... read more
Very disappointed with the service. First 2 appointments were cancelled which I accepted as "that's life". Then my order was misplaced and if it wasn't for my phone call as to what was going on, it would've never been picked up. It was due to the sales person leaving but one would think they'd have a computer system to cover this. The order was kindly prioritised with apologies. I wanted to pay the rest of the order once it was installed due to the mucking around I had, but no. Now the curtains are installed, they are a bit ... read more
