GREAT SERVICE! NICE PEOPLE.
I have visited Sun Adventure Sports twice in the last month. Both occasions I left in frustration. I will not give this store my business again. I would not recommend this store to anyone. My first visit was for various bike accessories and to check out the store. I was accompanied by my finance and no one acknowledged we were in the store. We purchased our products from an employee that said less that 5 words to us. We left in frustration but considered they were having an off day. Not sure what the reviewer who had bad customer service went through, but I have been in this store at least 5 times in the past year, and every time, the service has been exceptional. This is always my first place to go when I need something or have a question/need repairs. Cannot recommend highly enough!
Decent customer service. Value of money for sure. Not a rip like most others. Tech students get 15% discount and free labor w/parts
