I when there to transfer a title and they said I’m not from this location it need to be were I live 10 miles from here ridiculous.

Extremely friendly, helpful, and efficient! Much different than the typical tax office or DMV.
My girlfriend and I went there to get her Village ID and Voters Card. 2 front desk people and manager very friendly. But not the Sybil the Tax Collector. I mentioned to my girlfriend, not Sybil, about the rigid documents requiements. I then received a nasty stare and a talk down from Sybil. She also talked unprofessionally to my girlfriend. Awful customer service.
