Front desk lady extremely nice and helpful. Unfortunately it stops there. The ladies in processing area go out of their way to disqualify you. Very rude and unprofessional. Hopefully they aren’t the standard. They need to revise their posted mission statement to, “No common sense beyond this point “. Save your aggravation and try another office. Good luck
