I'm very disappointed with the experience my son had during his recent school photo session. He came home visibly upset after receiving the photos, and after speaking with him, I understand why. According to him, the photographers were unprofessional and rushed, catching students off guard without giving them a chance to prepare or feel comfortable. Bad photo my kids started crying once the photo arrive. Now he suffers from depression and anxiety. Don’t hire them! Now they come to school with a mask. And the lighting is so bad. UPGRADE YOUR EQUIPMENT!!

Website is awful, can't even navigate it to pay for what you want. Says to buy two pictures it's $30 but every time I add it to my cart it says $60, when the max price of the whole package is $55. Not only that but the thumbnails don't even work and I for the life of me cannot figure out how to even get to my cart.

Extremely expensive, don’t give many options and backgrounds looks really fake, some pictures are good, but in some pictures the photographer didn’t care about details.

The absolute worst experience with a photography company. Sumner Photography and Publishing Inc. is a complete disappointment. Despite advertising that each child would receive 5 different poses, we only got one—they just changed the background and zoomed in or out slightly. That’s not five photos, that’s one photo manipulated five times. To make things worse, they charged $55 for this—outrageously expensive for such lazy, mediocre work.
