Bad customer service, made en error and refused to corrected it. Demanded for me to pay additional price for their mistake.
The photos were poor quality. And we lost options that we had with the previous photographer. You're stuck with their one background. You can't get magnets. Just overpriced, poor quality photos. I don't know why the schools switched to Sumner.
These are the worst school pictures I have ever seen in all of my years of being a mom of five a grandmother of 10 they look so sad in these pictures they need to get better photographers
Very happy with their customer service. My daughter lost her sheet with the access code. I was so upset, but thought I would give the company a call to see what they could do. Within 2 minutes, I had the access code. Ordering pictures was so easy, and they did a great job picturing all three of my kids. Don't buy the hype of the bad reviews, extremely happy with them.
