The picture of my daughter was cute though we only got one pose. Not a fan of them sending the photos home and then expecting you to pay for them though. That’s weird. What if they got lost and I couldn’t return them? Would I be expected to pay for them? Plus, I’m not buying all of the sheets, so what are they doing with the ones I returned? Shredding them? Seems like a waste of picture paper and feels like they’re just trying to get you to buy all 5 sheets since they were printed anyway.
We've just received photos and they are horrible and overpriced.
Terrible. They don't work with the parents to order pictures esif you multiple students and the price changes on specials before checkout. Don't use this company.
I paid for pictures 4 months ago and have called 3 times and each time promised to be mailed school pictures. I’ve been calling since December 2025. It is now February 2026 and still no pictures and no communication from this company.
Bad customer service, made en error and refused to corrected it. Demanded for me to pay additional price for their mistake.
