Check for errors, they incorrectly coded my property causing an inflated increase of over $5,000 in property tax. Once I pointed out the error they advised it “fell through the cracks” leading to additional time to fix the error and even the Property Assessor told me he was not sure how to correct the issue. Totally unacceptable and a display of just how broken our county government is. Meanwhile I am stuck with a 50% increase to my monthly mortgage payment.
