I would recommend Summus for pelvic floor PT to anyone that I care about. I worked with Monica primarily but saw Isha as well and had excellent experiences with both. Monica is thorough and caring and I was confident that I was in the best hands. To address my postpartum recovery needs she helped me apply our work to functional movements including practicing picking up and holding my newborn in ways that would best support my body. I’ve been going to Monica for nearly 4 years now with incredible results (less pain, better posture, stronger, no leakage - IYKYK). You can expect the best bedside manner, attention to detail, memory of your prior visits, and pivoting her expertise to your needs. Monica has helped me at every stage of pregnancy journey. Monica came recommended by a friend’s husband as a “miracle worker” who solved his chronic back pain. Six months later, she is now my miracle worker - after 8 months of suffering from lower back pain that I’ve had on and off for years, my pain is officially gone. Monica is knowledgeable, patient, encouraging, and thorough. I have seen over 6 physical therapists since I started working out and experiencing pain here and there since 2020, and she will be my go-to. My pain is gone and I can’t recommend her enough!
