I cannot say enough good things about Summus, and especially about my therapist, Isha! I was referred to PT for pelvic floor strengthening after having a child. Isha taught me so much about my body and how everything works together. We worked not only on my pelvic floor, but also on my lower back and core. I am really so grateful for Summus Rehab! Hip pain is what brought me in and I gained so much more than relief of my pain including a better understanding of my pelvic floor and pressure management. This is a dynamic Physical Therapy duo, providing individualized treatment and attention - not like larger places that have 3 people at one time and are staring at the computer doing notes! I worked with Isha, a trauma-informed gentle and knowledgeable practitioner with a range of tools depending on your need. And a little laughter adds to the delight. Very pleased to have found Summus Rehab.
